Yes! We offer a pack and ship service to our customers. Simply send your items to our US address and we will pack and ship your barrel. For the low rate of EC$599.00 will pack, ship, clear and deliver your barrel to you.
  • How much does it cost to ship a Barrel?
    • XCD $599
  • What is included with this cost?
    • 77 Gallon Brown Cardboard Barrel
    • Packing the Barrel
    • Clearing the barrel at Customs.
    • Delivery of Barrel.
    • Any duties assessed by Customs are not included.
  • I would like the plastic barrel, not the cardboard one. Is there a difference in fee?
    • Yes, the plastic barrel will cost an extra XCD $50.
  • I do not want a standard sized barrel i want a small one or a box. What is the fee then?
    • It all depends on the size box or barrel, but here are some guidelines:
      • There would be no price difference with a smaller (55 Gallon) barrel because the smaller sized barrels are not that common and because of that their price is not too different from the regular 75-77 Gallon Barrel.
      • We would not recommend a smaller box because in general the weight capacity of the smaller boxes are a lot less than that of a barrel. For example, a 24” Cube Box has a weight capacity of less than 100 lbs whereas a 75-77 Gallon Barrel has a weight capacity of 450 lbs. But we can do a 24” Cube Box for XCD $399.
      • The more common bigger boxes are:
        • E Container: 41”x29”x26” - Our Price: XCD $735
        • D Container: 58”x41”x45” - Our Price: XCD $1315
        • A family member of mine is purchasing and packing a barrel for me. Can it be dropped off at your warehouse and you ship it to me in St Lucia. If yes, how much would that cost?
    • Yes. For anyone delivering their packed barrel to us we would charge $599. Even though the barrel is being delivered packed we would still unpack and repack the contents to ensure that we know what we are shipping.
      • I want two barrels is it still $599?
    • Yes. Two barrels would be $1198.Please note that a $150 deposit is required for the pack and ship barrel service

Insurance at a rate of EC$3.00 (St. Maarten: $1 USD), for every $100 USD of value, with a minimum of $25 XCD (St. Maarten: $10USD), is automatically applied to all TELEVISIONS BEING SHIPPED VIA SEA. We aim for five flights a week. Packages are tendered for shipment the day it’s been received at our US warehouse or the day after. There will be times, however, when our cargo is not shipped on the day it is tendered. Unless specifically indicated otherwise, this will always be outside of our reasonable control.
Once all accurate invoices are submitted to us you should be able to pick up your package within one to two business days after it is cleared from Customs (where applicable).
For the majority of packages, we use a regular scale to calculate the weight. According to industry standards packages are round upwards to the nearest pound. E. g a package weighing 2.3 pounds will be round upwards to 3 pounds and will incur a 3-pound charge.
For those packages with significant dimensions, we multiply the length by the width by the height, all in inches, and then we divide by 166 to get the chargeable weight in pounds. This is a standard formula used by all shipping companies.
By default, we use air freight for all of our packages. If you are interested in sea freight, ship to the same address then, notify us at least 24 hours before the package is received at our US Warehouse, that you would like it shipped via Sea. It usually takes approximately two weeks for sea freight packages to be delivered after arriving at our warehouse.
If you have multiple packages coming from different vendors, we can consolidate all packages into one shipment for you at a low fee of EC$10 for airfreight and EC$20 for sea freight.
St. Maarten: US$5 for airfreight and US$10 sea freight. Items above 150lb cost $25 via the sea.
You must request consolidation of your packages at least 24 hours before they are delivered to our warehouse in the US.
Packages containing, liquids, lithium or hazardous materials will be shipped via a special flight or via sea freight.   Our special flight departs the US every Tuesday and your package should be made available for pick up in one to two business days once we are in receipt of your invoice.
